can't buy player from brazil league

I search for the major clubs in south america to buy players from there and if I click for example to a team in brazil it seems that I can't buy all the players.they are just listed there and I can't buy them I can't make any offer to them but some players in the same team are buyable why is that I want to be able to buy all the players from all the team in south america??

Are the players greyed out on the squad list?
Did you select Brazil as a playable country?

load a bigger database
load all brazilian players
load the brazilian league

Try one or all of those things to get more Brazilians on your database.

yes they are grey not in black which are buyable.
Why do I have to select brazil a playable country? I mean I don't have to choose any european country playable to transfer players from there?
why do I have to choose brazil for transfer.not all of the players are green some of them(3 or 4) players are buyable

Grey players can't be bought because they don't exist, they're more 'filler', incase that team lacks enough players

I suspect you are playing in a european league? The game loads players from countries nearest to you.

The bigger a database you choose will also mean more players in those leagues as well as places like brazil.

You can load players with continental or national reputation in brazil, or just every palyer from the country.

Try putting the background leagues on if your system can take it. Also try a custom database i've found many players like this.
