Can't change avatar

I tried for many times with different images, but always is saying "Upload failed due to ... dunno what".
I don't get what it has, can someone tell me how to fix this so I can change my avatar?

Your avatar has to fit the requirements.

If it's an animated image, it has to be within the size limits (as in height and width), otherwise the system will shrink it and it will no longer be animated.

Normal images I think will be shrunk to fit.

What image are you trying to use?
