Can't change Clubs

I'm playing at Fc Arges for about 5 seasons, and i've won some good trophyes with the team.
The thing that get me angry, is that i can't choose another team to manage. For exemple when a team from the Premier League has no manager and when i replay the laught at my proposal and say that i ain't good enough.

I have here some photos of my carrer as a manager, give me some suggestion, could this be a bug.

I'm sorry but my english isn't that good.

Romania have a very small league reputation, I'd imagine. Although you have had good success with the club, Premier League clubs will reject you because you haven't earnt a solid reputation yet.

If you are interested in English football, it may be worth going to a smaller club in a lower division and working your way up from there.
