Cant connect to my friends games using hamachi

I have steam open aswell as hamachi, I'm in my friends network but instead of their status being "green" it's blue and says relayed tunnel beside it, Im then trying to copy the IPv4 address and paste in in the join other networks
Any help would be appreciated!
