Can't decide which team to be - please help

Ever have that problem on Football Manager where you have done one game (in this case Burnley) and you get bored of it so decided after watching match of the day/football focus that you need to start a new game. Only there is a problem, you can't decide which team to be. You load it up and sit there looking at the screen in hope of finding a team to manager. I want a team to manage that has quite a small squad but with a budget (wages or transfer fund) to improve the squad. Any suggestions?!?!?!?!?

Yes, Nimes Olypique in the French National. (3rd Division). Or look at the Challenges page, try the Nordic or San Marino challenges....or check my Eastern Bloc Challenge
