Can't download

Hi

I want to start a new save on FM, but want the summer transfers 1st. I'm trying to download the following file http://www.fm-base.co.uk/forum/downl...=3247&act=down but always get the following message 'Slow Down! You are trying to download files too quickly'. Does anybody know of a place I can download?
