Can't extract any of the new transfer updates ,help please!!!!!!

I've been trying to use many of the new transfer updates but every time i download one it tells me that the are 'either an unknown format or damaged' can someone help or shed light on the situation please!

sounds like a problem with either your browser or your internet connection.
Also, make sure you have the correct software required to open the files (compressed files: 7zip/Winrar)
