Can't find San Marino league but i know it exists and has been downloaded by others..

can anyone please give me a link to the san marino league so i can download it and play it as a regular league.... also, how do i add a league? (note: detailed description, i have read other answers on different questions but can't seem to understand them).... Thanks <)
