Can't find the best tactic for my team (Werder Breamen)

I got Werder Bremen in Fm but i can't find the Perfect Tactic, i don't know what to do now , i got very good football players but they seem too not find there footwork in they the team.

I got=

Angel Di Maria
Mesut Ozil
Van Bommel
Hulk

And the origanaly Werder bremen Team
