Can't get custom badges to work

Hi im not sure whether this is the right place to post this but i can't get custom badges to load. I downloaded the TCM logo pack and put it in the football manager folder in steam. Theres a folder named graphics. Then i start football manager and reload skin. But still nothing. I don't know what im doing wrong

You need to clear cache then reload skin.
