Can't get new Stadium?

Theres no option to buy, build or expand my stadium in the boardroom meeting. I sold out half of my matches last season and filled 98% of the stadium on average, I won the CL and almost doubled the clubs estimated worth aswell. 2nd Season if it matters.

Would you mind telling us which club you're managing, and your bank balance? Building a good new stadium is very expensive, often costing in the excess of £200m or more.

Managing Ajax, not sure where to find bank balance but clubs estimated worth is >£275M

Go to Ajax, and in the drop down list, choose "Finances" and check your club financial status. If your overal balance is in the red, it is unlikely that the board will allow you to build a new stadium. You can also hover your mouse over the greyed out "Build New Stadium" option and see if there's an explanation as to why it's greyed out.
