cant load databases ive downloaded?

first post
ive recently downloaded the legends database an put it into the football manager 2009 db folder in my documents.
but when i try and use this data base aswell as any other databases except patches it isnt working?
as when i double click the database it just says unable to load sources, couldnt find the data base folder?
was wondering if anybody new how i could make the data base work?

This happend to my mate and all he did was un install fm and install it again and it was fine
