cant load kits and logos

i cant load the kits and logos on to my fm12. ive extracted the files using the path i have in the past and they wouldnt load, i then tried putting the graphics folder into the football manager 2012 file on steam and that hasnt worked. am i doing something wrong or can anyone help?

You shouldnt put anything in the steam file mate

Place the kits in my docs / si / fm2012

Make sure they are extracted and check the folders have config.xml files in them

On FM untick skin cache and tick reload skin
