Can't manage Liechtenstein after patch 11.3?

As a fan of this kind of challenges (see San Marino) I thought I'd start a save with Vaduz (Swiss 2nd league) and the Liechtenstein NT, something I had already tried in the past.

But after patch 11.3 I can't seem to make the national team available anymore. Usually loading all player of a certain nationality will make that NT available, but it's not working with Liechtenstein (while it's still working for pretty much any other country).

Am I the only one experiencing this issue? Is there a way I can fix it?

I think I have the same problem with Luxembourg. After I downloaded the new patch I couldn't play anymore in Luxembourg.

Tried changing the db to load all players from the nation?
