Can't offer contract to coaches

When i try to sign a new coach they always say they don't want to talk because my contracts are automatically set to assistant manager and i don't know how to get rid of this. I play as Norwich and i am top of Championship so the coaches would want to join (i have tried with the worst coaches aswell) and i am 2 or 3 under my coach limit.
Any help would be appreciated

go to team settings and untick the box where it says assisstant take cares of contracts.
but i dont know if that will help with getting new coaches

that doesn't work i have fired my assistant manager
another weird thing when i offer for an assistant manager and change the contract type to coach i can exit talks and offer someone else a coach job but if i leave the page i can't
