Cant pick a team! Any ideas?

Struggling to pick a team on my new game. (2012/2013) Would appreciate any feedback. My requirements are a team with a decent fanbase/budget, preferably in a European league. Have considered loading S.American leagues and possibly the MLS or A-League however. Ideally the team wont have massive expectations in the first season.

Dnipro are fairly interesting as they have a decent chuck of cash to spend and they have never won a trophy in their history. Real Sociedad have the stature and the fanbase that you are after but not so much the budget. In january however you tend to get given the option to change your expectations.
