Can't scroll down,arrows have disapeared

My bar to scroll up and down has disappeared,and the arrows used when going from week to week when viewing fixtures etc has gone,also i can still use it without seeing it,how do i get it back?

Hello,

There is probably something wrong with the "Skin" files, have you recently changed your FM skins (appearance), try to go to preferences, switch the tab to "Interface", and look at the bottom left corner of the screen, change the appearance to "Football Manager".

If the problem still occurs, go to the same window as above, click "clear cache", that should fix your problem.
