Jusy looking through Footy Man, ive noticed that there were two players at Barcelona in which id like to Loan and which both players are listed. When looking of the players search under listed for Loan and unticked the 'unrealistic' players they did not appear.

Have you checked your scouting knowledge in Spain, as that's what it's based on when you search for players?

Exactly. I bet you're managing a relatively smaller team with pretty restricted scouting knowledge. Sign a scout (I recommend Pauleta, no kidding) with wide range of knowledge and you'll be fine.
