Can't see users' avatar/siggies

Ever since I registered here I couldn't see any user's avatar or siggy. At first I though the whole forum had disabled them, but then I ran into a post where someone said to check out his sig. I checked the General Settings and the boxes in Show Signatures and Show Avatar are all ticked. Can someone tell me what is wrong?

Lol silly me. But I have a good explanation for my foolishness. When I have the need to open someone's profile, I open it by clicking middle mouse. Plus I've never seen this on another forum before. So um... thanks I guess

Yea sorry for that. I know how annoying it is when new people ask questions like this all the time. But it was the only way for me to know and I'm still learning my way through on this forum. Cheers
