Can't sell/Loan players out?

Hey, I just started a save with Dortmund, need funds to buy players and I want to get rid of dead wood ect, when I offer the players to clubs, I cant accept the offers? Is this a bug?

In the transfer centre, is the box that should be a tick just greyed out?

Because in that case either your DoF has accepted/rejected the bid, you have set an asking price higher than the offered amount, or in transfer availability settings you have set it to reject all offers below a certain price

I asked for Bender 3.5 million, so my DoF surly would have accpeted will look into it tomorrow
