Cant sell players?

What is up with FM2015? - Cant seem to offload any of my players, Tried to sell Mikel and Cech in the summer window and no bids at all. Now i decided to keep them and try to sell cech in the winter, but again no bids? What is going???

Provided you ve got the big leagues loaded (eg Spain/England/Germany/France/Holland + Argentina/Brazil/Norway + Russia/Ukraine -the last two seem to increase chances of offloading players but are not necessary) post 22 in this WORKS:
