Can't Sign Staff - Part Time Club

Having a problem signing staff for Albion Rovers - part time club, Scottish third Division. I had to create a new manager to even take control of the club because of the same problem. Is there any way around this or is it a bug in the game?



It says I can't offer Part Time Contracts due to board restrictions, but then gives me no option to change from Part Time, leaving me unable to offer contracts to any staff.

I had the same situation. I think it's just an interface problem, not a bug. He actually wants a full time contract. But because you can't offer it, it doesn't say "full time" in the Contract type box, it's still written "part time" so that's confusing you. You need to find someone willing to go part time, that's all.
