Can't talk to player

Hi!

I have a problem, I wan't to use my older players as mentors for the younger. I play as Liverpool and ofc I have suarez, and that to me is the perfect mentor. However, I can't talk to him about it?

I press my youngster and find who is recommended as mentor, in this case Suarez was avaliable. But when I try to talk to him I haven't got any option to do so.

This is the same on many players, If I press for example Borini in Liverpool and want to have a private conversation, I don't get any options doing so.

This applies to many players :/

Do you mean the option is greyed out? You can hover your mouse over the text and a tooltip will explain why it's greyed out.

What is learning/unlearning ppm?

No it is not just greyed out, I'm not given any options :/

The option is always there. You can always see it, but it's greyed out sometimes for various reasons. How are you trying to access the private conversation? Are you able to post a screenshot of the lack of options?
