Can't Tour USA, China, Japan, South Korea etc

Just ended my 1st season and am planning a tour for my club to make that extra bit of money.

But I'm not able to select these nations (USA, Japan, China, South Korea) for my tour. I want these nations in particular because touring in these countries is said to boost the club's commercial side, like selling more shirts etc.

Any help?

which club are you? and have a look in the discussion threads, someone ran a test of preseason tours, the usual ones dont generate as much as you would think
