Can't upgrade training facilities and youth academy

For 3 seasons in a row I have been waiting for training and youth facilities to upgrade but about 1 month before it's due to be completed and the bar is almost full, the date changes to the next year without telling med why.

Is this a bug? My economy is good and the balance covers the cost of the upgrade.


Anybody experienced the same or knows why this happens ?

Perhaps you should wait a bit longer, there is no bugs for upgrading facilities yet, as far as I know, only "Build new stadium" which has bugs.
