Can't use some downloads in game HELP

There have been some downloads that i cant use in game like for instantce raikan007's might and magic tactic and I cant use it in game.
XD
Then I realised the only downloads i cant use are rar files and i can only use tac ones.

Can anyone help its probably really obvios but i just cant figure out why :'(

You need to extract the rar files using winrar or something like it

u're supposed to extract the rar files and then place them in the tactics. try it out, im pretty sure it''' work
