cant win

i end up having 28 shots 18 on target and keep losing, away team 3 shots 2 on target and win. tried 451 442 4231 422 counter, defensive, attack, less tactics more tactics. prem teams, league 2 teams i just cant make a difference or get a good run going. beat a top team away then lose to bottom team 1 - 5 at home. what am i doing wrong? its like its cheating me.

i've noticed this too, im Roma and in the champions league i beat Real Madrid 2-0 then the next game i lost to Brescia 1-0. Same tactics same mentality just no luck. I suppose there is a reason. How is your morale? I've noticed it makes a HUGE difference this year.

Calling a team meeting to boost morale usually helps when my team goes through a bad patch! Try praising them in private chat as well!

Alternatively, you could try changing tactics more often and hiring a tactical advisor and setting this as his assignments in training so the players understand your formation more...
