The Challenge

Take a club from the capital of the top 7 nations in Europe and take them to League and Champions league glory, then repeat it with the remaining 6 nations. You can do the leagues in any order you want and use any club from the capitals depending on the challenge you want.

Italy - Roma, Lazio
Spain - Getafe, Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid
England- Chelsea, Arsenal, Tottenham, Q.P.R, Fulham, West Ham
Portugal - Benfica, Sporting Lisbon
France - PSG, Paris FC
Germany - Hertha Berlin
Holland - Ajax

You can choose to get the eaiser (Spain, England, France) ones out of the way first or build something with a lesser side. I think it should take about 10-20 seasons to complete and should take us to FM 2013!


Rules

1. Please only use the official Football Manager 2012 databases with no custom databases enabled.

2. Please set your past managerial experience to Automatic/Sunday League Footballer.

3. Please do not cheat in any way as you are only cheating yourself and will not get much of a sense of achievement if you complete the challenge by cheating.

This sounds very interesting indeed.
Will start straight away, with Ajax!
 
Well... I could use another challenge to keep me occupied until FM2013.. I'll have a go with Ajax.
 
I started with Ajax a couple of days ago due to the "Revival Challenge" posted up. However, I'm using LFC's Summer Update because I wanted the other transfers in other teams up-to-date.
I will follow this challenge loosely, but my aim is to bring up the Dutch youth to what it used to be and dominate in Europe so may not look to move clubs for a good while...

A good season over all, thought i was going to complete the first stage with Ajax at one point but Inter ruined that!

Can you just add new manager once you have done one country or do you have to get offered the job

Gonna start it with Arsenal, get a reputation with big clubs then the smaller clubs will want me!
 
To be honest id not thought of that!! Its up to each player, think i will wait until the jobs become available

Does anyone know what to do when your saved game wont load? Ive tried punching my laptop but that didnt work
