Captain resolve teammate conflict?

Does this even work? The only thing I read was 1 thread that said there was no response on the action. Has anyone had any success with doing this?

i had some experience but i don't know whether it is caused by the captains. I dropped Van persie to u-21 squad because he has not score a goal in 8 matches. after that he would not talk to me even i have put him back in the starting 11 and he moral was very poor. so i told vidic and evra to talk to them and about a week after I was able to talk to van persie again

I've tried using it on serveral unsuccessful pairs of tutor and tutee. While I didn't see any feedback or news, the PR status disappeared and squad harmony was back to normal after I pressed continue.
