Career advice

I've just started my 4th season at Shenua in China. I'm currently running 1 league in Brazil, 2 in China, 2 in Spain and 3 in Engalnd. I've won evrything in China......2 titles, 2 Asian Champs League and 4 other trophies. I was hoping to get a job in Brazil but have been turned down for vacancies as Botofogo and Fluminese. Do I need to add some other leagues to make the step to Brazil and eventually to Europe.

I have a good set up in China so don't want to upset them by applying for every job.

Your advice would be appreciated.

An update for people in a similar situation. I reapplied to fluminese when their managed was sacked 6 months later and my application was accepted. I'm now trying to develop a decent youth team policy which will bring top brazilian talent to Fluminese that I can develop in the regional championship and export to Europe.
