A Career of Tom Blakemore
Unknown manager Tom Blakemore has taken charge at the Liberty Stadium. The 25 year old has said that the board have given him their best wishes and want him to take this job, viewing it as a long term project. When asked what philosophy he would be trying to engrave in the club, Blakemore gave a answer many people would have expected. "Over the years, Swansea have built a reputation for possession football and that is my aim, to play attractive and possession based football mixed in with my own ideas of how the passing game should be played" eg The Pass 'n Move tactic.
