Carlos Eduardo or Afellay?

I have just started a new game with Man Utd and looking for a creative CM who can score goals. Obviously Hamsik is the best but he is too expensive so I have narrowed it down to C. Eduardo and Afellay who are both great value at around 10 million. But which is the best, im leaning towards Afellay because he is all round more complete but the other guy is more flamboyant and brazilian, what do you guys think?

afellay has low adaptability and whines a lot so i'd go with eduardo

I thought they were both ACM's?
Wouldn't you need a holding player like Veloso or Mascherano?

However if you must have one I would say Eduardo.
