just started a save with them, and Tottenham and Arsenal want him, i set the asking price 20mill, and Arsenal matched it, but they have a buy back clause of 3.4mill? & also get 50% of his transfer, however i got all of the 20mill... am i missing something?

No, but it seems like the AI is definitely missing something

Should report that to SI, definitely sounds like a bug.
