Some of you may have read my Coventry story some of you may have not well this is the Tactic i used which helped me win the championship in the first season and finish 3rd in my first season in the premiership, which is quite hard to do when your Coventry

Now this tactics in a 4-4-2 or a 4-1-1-2-2 if we get technical as you can see below
The Key (Midfield):
The Tactic uses two inside forwards (somethings i put the left inside forward conway on support as i found if effect as he in an more old school winger)
Next the advanced play maker, I do use players that have decent tackling in this position (at least ten) in order to the team a bit of extra bite
Now the deep laying play maker , now i would advise this to be changed to an anchorman if you do not possess a player with the stats to both add protection along with a good passing.
Strike Force:
Poacher on the left advanced forward on the right , quite simple one word pace, saying that i use Traore in the poacher role in 1st season he got 36 goals so feel free to experiment there.
Defence:
Not the best but it has improved alot since my first season but the Goals will make up for it. As the tactic is attacking anyways i dont use attacking full backs and recently ive used most tall center back like players in that position to give more of a solid base.
Now below you can see the amount league tables of the last two seasons, now the amount of goals seem high and with the new improvements this should be reduced, also the team was newly promoted in the premiership so the team and defence especially was not the best .
Below again are the squad of the two season starting with the championship side and then the premiership side
This is a Plug and Play Tactic ( i never use sideline instructions so i cant help you there)
