Just agreed at deal of 21m to sign Antonio Cassano to partner Ibrahimovic up front for inter. He's scored 14 in 15 games and has a very good average rating. Has he turned out good on any one elses game? i know 21m is a lot but he's in superb form. Has anyone else taken a gamble like that before and it paid off? i know he's a quality player but ive never really seen him stand out in a game
 
I paid 5.75 mill for Walter which was a Gamble for St Mirren and it paid off and got 28 goals in 31 game although signed Sam vokes for a sum I don't want to speak about and it failed miserably.
 
lol, well ive had cassano for 2 games hes got 3 goals. so far so good. signed gokhan Inler for 8m and diego for 19m
 
Bought Keirrison for Arsenal at start of second season for £40m off Man City and he ended up scoring almost a goal a game.
 
Sam vokes is playing for Chelsea in my league and seems to score quite a few, a regular in the chelsea team...
 
i payed 15 million for keirison wasnt sure if i should hae payed that much but once i got him he started banging the goals in and eventually he finished the season with 24 goals in 30 games and his alue had increased to 23 million.now i have offers from bayern munchen and juventus all the time for him.
 
I turned down signing Keirrison because he wanted too much money, 100k month in the second season...

100k a month is 25k a week. its not too much for a quality player, lol, who are you leeds united?

85k a week for sol cambell is too much.
 
i no 25k a week is pretty good comsidering he turns out to be amazing

oh sorry, yes i was meaning 100k a week. I then decided to sign Laurito, i got him on 55k week and has been premier league top scorer for both seasons.

btw i am fulham, managed to win the league on my 4th season, im a real tight *** when it comes to wages. I have a wage budget of 2 million but im only currently using half of that.. i think my highest earner is 60k week, thats not bad for a premier league winning team. I have a quality central young midfielder who has just broke into the french team, he plays every week for me and is only earning 13k week...
