CB for Malaga - end of 1st season, replacement for Demichellis

My Demichellis is getting a bit old, need to replace him probably in next season, so I'm looking for a classy CB.

I'm kinda low on budget, got about 4mln € left (+monthly installments ~~).

PS. Sakho won't join, Papadopoulos a bit too expensive - 26mln € ;O)

I forgot to add one more thing - he must have european nationality... those spanish restrictions are just killing me -.- So many magnificent brazilian players around... grrr!

My scouts have been watching Vertonghen for a while now, but I'm not sure if he is gonna give me the quality Demichellis does..
