CB for Napoli 2013

I have 9million to strengthen defence. Main defenders are Ruiz and Subotic with Cannavaro and Campagnaro as backup. Ruiz wants to leave, had bids of 13m.
So with the funds i am looking for a class defender who could fit straight in, and a decent enough backup.
