CBs pressing too much

My centre backs are constantly out of position chasing the ball when they don't need to,acting like my two CMs,it's always splitting my team wide open but as far as i can tell there's nothing i can do to stop it,on player instructions close down less is greyed out.Help?

If you change the player roles, it will allow you to choose the close down less option

Should also check out the general roaming level your team has.

I've noticed the same, but try setting them to cover instead of defend, that should make them stop going out of position to close down. It will probably be tuned by full release though, along with the goalkeepers constantly coming off the line and getting lobbed.
