if i were to add these 2 scottish giants into the english premier league, would i have to remove to prem league teams i.e west brom and bournmouth into the scottish premier league?? to balance the leagues out??

Yes either that or or remove a team from league 1 or the championship etc and put 2 premiership teams down to there m8
