2nd season in and Scott Brown will be leaving in a few months for 7.75mill. I will then have a transfer budget of 21mill, need a class replacement for brown, also need a decent CB. Cheers

CB, see if you can get Nicolas Burdisso, will do well for Celtic. Your CM...try to get van der Vaart, because I dont know if you will get any of the top class players for that transfer budget. Or perhaps Marco Veratti
