Im playing celtic in a super league where all teams are roughly the same at the moment around me 
division 3 anyhoo i started off with something like a 5million transfer budget but 2 months on the board were so impressed with the clubs finances i got 31million more If i get another decent transfer budget I plan to get a team of young superstars that will grow as I move up the leauges.
Currently I have- Lukaku, Veratti, Mats Rits, Armand Ella, Otamendi, Sakho, Areola and Vela coming in at next available for 20 million.
The players I am looking at are- Saviet, Dos Santos, Kroos, Marcelo, Yannis Tafer, Miralem Pjanic and I am in need of a right back.
I plan to aquire these players over the course of the next two seasons, can someone suggest an order and a tactic? Thanks
