Celtic Load...Great in scotland...poor in Europe

Hello..just posting to see if anyone else who is celtic/rangers is having problems making a statement in the champions league. Ive won the treble, double, and double in 3 seasons with celtic..and have built a decent team in the process...however, the furthest ive got in the uefa cup is the semis and 1st knockout round in the CL, having only got out of the group stages now once in 4 seasons (in 4th season currently), just wondering if anyone in the SPL has got any further, as it seems to be impossible no matter how good your team is!

are you using a central tactic and leaving your flanks wide open? because spainish and italian teams like to use the flanks some what.

Jo, Fortune

Very annoying cos I reckon the team ive got would be doing far better in Europe if it was for example the starting 11 for Man city or whatever.

try using JP woody's tactic his germeny style should do the trick i do believe.

i would say though that youre team doesnt look good enough to crack europe. you certainly wont knock out a chelsea or barca. maybe in a few more seasons? (A)

What is your current team Chris for Celtic? or what was your team at the height of the load if you don't play it anymore.
