Central defender, right defender and Left winger for QPR

For central defender I was thinking about Tomkins, any advice?
For right defender I no idea.
And for my left winger I was thinking about Jarvis, any advice?

Cheaper/Better options are welcome...

1st season. Just started. I wanted to try one of the promoted teams, Swansea, Norwich or QPR and I chose QPR.

DC - Materazzi (free)
DR - Bandalovski, very good and you can get him with only 100 k, Carlos Diogo,Vangelis Moras(both free)
AML - Maybe Giannis Fetfatzidis or you can try and get Sturridge on loan.
