Central defender - side related to his best foot

Central defender with better left foot you play on left or right side ?
 
LCB = Left foot
RCB = Right foot.


Makes it easier for them to pass the ball to your full backs, resulting in less mistakes.

I don't think it really makes a difference. Doing what miitchh said makes it (slightly) easier for them to pass to fullbacks, if they are faced with an opponent running across them towards their weaker foot (E.g. opponent running to the right of the LCB) it would make it harder for the CB to tackle them.
