Central Defender's roles?

What roles should I use for CD's for this tactic (D-line is normal)

Stopper/Cover or Defend/Defend or anything else.

This is my tactic.
Any other tips on the tactic are welcome.

If you're going to be that attacking I'd say 2 CD defends and push higher p with an offside trap.

stopper is unnecessary with a DM that will take care of the high balls....you can go with two defend roles, or cover defend combo, with defend duty next to left fullback...
