Centre Mid for AC Milan???

Hi guys. I am AC Milan and I need a MC who is proficient in tackling but does not pick up any cards. I have Nigel de Jong and Fernando Gago but they both have a shocking disciplinary record. Any ideas? Thanks. I have a small transfer budget as well so any players under 10 mil should be good.
