you should be able to get florenzi from roma for around 15 million pounds. solid player, and can cover as a right back and winger. ive seen joao moutinho go for around 20 million in some saves as well. bruno from villareal might do the trick, not sure how much he would cost.

Take a look at Marcelo Meli and Andres Cuba from Boca Junior, I signed Meli for £5M and Cuba for £3M and I've been very impressed with them so far.
