Having massive problems with centre mids average ratings. Had this problem over various saves, tried all the roles etc diff tactics. Team usually does well winning most games, yet centre mids average ratings are rarely above 7? how can this be sorted??

Are your formation, Team and individual Player instructions well-suited to their particular strengths?
For example, if you have a central midfielder whose best role is Deep-Lying Playmaker and lists Plays direct passes often and Switches the ball to the opposite flank among his attributes, don't play him as a Box-to-Box with instructions to play short passes.
