Centreback Positioning

Hi,

Does anyone know how to get the centrebacks to move into the following positions?

1) The centrebacks moving wide in a 3 man defence, almost "hugging touchline"

2) The centrebacks moving wide and the anchor man dropping in between them, similar to how Barcelona do so.
