Certain kits not showing up

I am having a problem getting certain kits to show up, ive tried all the solutions on here and none of them work. The kits are Birmingham, West Brom, Newcastle, Wolves and Blackpool. I have literally tried all the solutions available on here.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

mine are working fine all of them, could be your config.xml

Its not the config the config is the same for all the kits although some arent showing up?
